Something about nothing!

Note: this has been an effort frm my part to get back to blogging.postin an article i scribbled for the magazine.
I don’t even like sitting and writing articles for the purpose of it being read and criticized by the half the population u know but this is a special situation. On top of helping out a friend who seems to be in dire need of articles to publish I get to aggravate my roomie aka best friend to the limit! You’ll ask if she can’t put up a protest over being written about. Usually she would, but considering her cocky “write about me” statement (which she never in the world thought I would actually do) is the reason I am even writing this nonsensical piece of prose, puts her at a disadvantage in an argument.
Writing about your roomie is so 4th standardish so I’ll try to explain the room arrangement we both share which seems to confuse all my guy friends as to how we are roomies but not really. Contradicting isn’t it?! We are roomies cause I am in her room more than half the time (why I subject myself to the daily torture is beyond me?!) always know what the other person is doing and if anyone cant find one of us it would only be logical to ask the other . Why we are not is because we actually don’t share a room, even though our respective rooms are always opens to each other without it being open to entire girls’ hostel. Yes it may be a little tricky to grasp if u have never been to one of these rooms (as both of us found out while explaining it to a friend with technical diagrams to supplement!) but whoever designed these rooms was a genius!
For a person like me who cherishes the alone moments (which are rare) but still am very much a social person this arrangement is perfect. Everyone wants to be alone at sometime on some days and when the place is as small as manipal and the people u see in class are the ones u see in lib and in clinics and then in your room it becomes a little too much to take. This way both of us have our own rooms personal space but at the same time still are great friends who hang out together most of the time. The person who designed these rooms must have realized how much good a bit of space can do to two friends.
Anyway to all the readers who are still clueless as to what the heck I am talking about go read another article!! And if anyone has any complaints about me writing this non sense blame my room mate! :D
